Event Planning at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library

Having an event? Consider having it at the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library. The gardens are available to rent for special events. 

By hosting your wedding or other special event here, you will be helping to preserve the historic Manse and advance the interests of the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library and Museum.  Special use is subject to procedures and guidelines necessary to protect the historic integrity of the site and the safety and health of visitors and staff.

Individuals or organizations wishing to rent the Presidential Library properties must be a member of the League of Friends.  To become a member of the League of Friends, click here.

Size of Groups/Occupancy Restrictions

Group sizes are limited by space considerations and consideration for the security of historical collections. The following locations may accommodate a group size totaling up to and including the following number of persons:

Garden  100 (not seated) 75 (seated) 
Terrace 100  (not seated) 75 (seated) 

Fee Schedule

Fees are based on four hours use of the site (the period excludes set-up and clean-up time) and include service facilities (restrooms and service areas).

Garden or Terrace    $800  
Garden and Terrace  $1,600

Application for special use of the WWPL facilities should be made to the Rental Coordinator at least 30 days in advance of the event.  

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of full fee along with a security deposit is required at the time of application. The balance is due 3 weeks before the event.
